musty odor faulty television remote

the location was acceptable and the staff were generally responsive.

The room i was given had a noticeable musty odor, not fresh at all. It definitely impacted my comfort. also, the television remote was faulty. I had to call maintenance twice before it was replaced, and this was quite inconvenient and interrupted my relaxation.

The cabinet doors did not function WELL. It was HARD to use them. THE bed was uncomfortable. It. That IS really annoying. The bathroom shower was not AS expected.

really good service clean room attentive detail proactive approach

The reception team impressed me. Mostafa, the manager, clearly leads with attention to detail, calm demeanor, and a proactive approach. Housekeeping, especially Samin, maintained cleanliness and comfort. He kept my room super clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities.

I noticed a slight issue. There was no complimentary water in the room upon my arrival. I needed to request it.

ample equipment shaded section wide array

i found the gym had ample equipment. it included multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. the pool area featured many loungers. a shaded section. the breakfast offered a wide array of choices (i especially liked the pastries).

the elevators seemed a bit slow at times.

excellent staff extensive selection

The staff was excellent in all areas. They greeted me with a smile at all times. The breakfast had a good, extensive selection. The swimming pool on the top floor is a plus.

The hotel charged me some money on my debit card without informing me. All telephones were not working throughout the stay. I had to call from my personal phone.

The breakfast had many tasty options. The gym had updated equipment, this was really nice. The rooftop pool was clean. I enjoyed the views of the city. Staff members were very helpful and polite.

The windows needed better soundproofing, some street noise was audible.

Mustafa provided an excellent reception. I appreciated his kind service. He upgraded our room. The waitstaff was also very kind and cute. I found the overall service to be excellent.

The room showed its age. The shower was broken. Internet access was also unavailable. I did not receive sufficient help from the staff.
